I thought kimmorley went really well...
For Queensland.

Personally i wouldn't have allowed the first try for Queensland and NSW's second try. Kimmorleys pass was 3 metres forward

Always seems a different set of rules for Origin Col. How good was Carl Webb when he came on & gave Bailey heaps?? That's what State of Origin is about.. Most people know I'm a Dragons supporter but besides Gaz, I thought the other 4 Dragons were pretty ordinary..

At least none of them were injured & should be able to back up against the Storm on the weekend..

Funny, not a lot of mention of Kimmorley's pass on Nine. Overall, Kimmorley was pathetic, and I look forward to Andrew Johns returning for Origin 2.

I don't think he put one decent kick in at the end of a set all night SF. If he wasn't kicking it straight to the opposition, he'd kick it too deep giving Qld a springboard with a tap restart from the 20.. Pathetic..

Fair enough, i suppose.... benefit of the doubt when to QLD with that first try..

... But who got benefit of the doubt with Rooney's try? Not bloody NSW....

Kimmorley was rubbish.

I heard that Joey will be back for the blues? Truly an awsome player he is.

Don't start me on Kimmorley!!! He had an absolute shocker! Even without his intercept that cost NSW the game, his kicking game was pathetic, he missed a number of tackles and he had absolutely no variation. Bring on Joey in game 2, or play Barrett/Anasta as the halves I say. Kimmorley aside, what a cracker of a game. Edge of the seat stuff, especially in the second half. I for one wrote of NSW at half time, but I was eating my words with 5 to go.

I dont, Rob... Orford doesnt have any experience at all, and we need to win..

... Joey knows what to do..

I couldnt understand why Stuart didnt play Barrett as first receiver in the second half...

Everyone bagging Kimmorley what about Barrett grubber kicking in the NSW half in extra time. Should of kicked the ball down field away from the blues goal posts.
Need another prop on the bench to help Bailey. Ryles went missing in action

Couple of things here.
NSW had a forward pack that was going backwards for 60min of that game.
In all fairness to Kimmorley when you have that sort of thing happening it is virtually impossible for a half back or any backs for that matter to dominate.NSW had a good theory in a lighter more mobile forward pack. It nearly worked.NSW can't afford to be run over for 60 mins and then hope to tire your opposition. Sometimes it just doesn't work. They need to look at some bigger forwards to slow QLD down more. Queensland also put so much pressure on Kimmorleys kicking game. They rushed up at him from the defensive line and made him think and kick in a direction he didn't like.Queensland on the other hand should have score more tries with the amount of ball they had in the first half. This lack of penetration must be looked at from QLD's point of veiw. They made plenty of ground through the forwards but couldn't finish it with the backs.Personally i'd like to see Wessar in there some where.

And how good is the young bloke who's been playing in his position, Clint Greenshields!

Runs like a back rower..
