Apparently HRT and HSV/Tool didn't comply with the TLA until the start of this season.
So what that means is the W@ankingforshaw owned 2 teams which under the TLA is against the rules and all Kelly and Skaife owned was the franchise licence.
So effectively they have been operating against the rules since 2003
So how come they weren't stripped of their teams championship and Kelly's championship??
Not to mention HRT's and Kmarts Bathurst
Tega have a lot to answer?

I bet the Bulldogs wished they were dealing with TEGA when they got chucked out of the NRL a few years back.
IMO what TWR/HRT/HSVDT have done is much worse the what Team Dynamik did a couple of years back, yet TEGA had no hesitation with giving them a huge fine within a few weeks & basically ****ed them out of the series as they were now known as the 'cheats' & no sponsor would touch them with a 50 ft pole.
I wonder if Skaifey, Tom & John Kelly still have the mark on their hands where TEGA hit them with a feather, because that seems to be all the punishment they have recieved for what they have done...

I don't want to see any team chucked out of the series, but they should deal with the mess,and soon.
One thing that still puzzles me is how can a bankrupt still own so many assets and don't the receivers check or anything, because from what I understand there are still unpaid (fully) creditors. I guess the answer is , it was another sneaky deal.

The thing with the Bulldogs was also a breach of a commercial agreement and not a breach of the "sporting" rules. Look what happened to them. I guess we can see why the NRL is so successful and V8SA are still trying to get there. We need some administration with balls. It took alot for the NRL to do what they did to the Doggies and I applaud them for it, it was entirely deserved. Now what about HRT/Holden/TW???????
