Unfortunately I missed out on tickets so I'll be at the fan area in the overflow, it's one of only a handful of Socceroos games I've missed in Sydney in my whole life.

I went along to the Enmore Theater to watch this morning's game with a couple of thousand other football nuts it was a great atmosphere down there.
not the result we were hoping for I would have really liked an away goal but 1-0 isn't too bad & still feel relatively confident

If you didn't see it live or on the box you missed out on a very entertaining closely fought match.
Coming from a rugby league and union background, I don't know all the rules of Soccer, but as far as watching 2 evenly matched sides go at it for 93 mins, then to go into 30 mins of extra time still tied up, and finally decided by the last shot in a penalty shoot out.

Good on you Socceroos Good luck in the World Cup comp in 2006.

Was fantastic to see the boys finally make it after so long, I always love the world cup but finally being able to cheer on my own team will make it so much sweeter
