Am thinking one of the VL's maybe the Donaher Moccoppan Coffee entry? or the Jonnson Brothers from far north Qld, the spud farmers?

That was the the year they had the VL class.

Or was it The Waldock Playscape Falcon?

Hmmm... time to pull out the Great Race Book.

I think I'm with Doug on this one. The Green Willmington Falcon was also a carby fed beast!:D I Think Richard Mork even had fuel injection!

hte Wilmington car was built out of the front and read cuts of a fair of Falcon taxis, with centrelock hubs at one end, and five-stud at the other... it was a bitsa, with pieces of just about every car Wilmington had driven in the past ten years usedin its construction. Will have to check on the induction though....

Had a quick flickr thru the 93 Great Race annual, and yes, Wilmington's car ran a carbied donk that year... I could guess that it probably did for the next year too...

In 1994, he had the most devoted group of fans on the hill... I kept running into them as I stumbled form watering hold to watering hole...

I'm wracking to think of say, a combined EF/AU entry - Surfers 99?

In 1984, both the XE and the Mustang were full entries, both were qualified IIRC, but the Stang was a scratching when he made it through qualifying without writing anything off, similarly to the next year when both 17 & 18 were qualified and 18 was scratched on Saturday arvo...

1984 was the Falcon/Mustang at Bathurst, although the Mustang didn't actually start the race. The other was more recent IIRQ 2009 for the AGP support races after Courtney crashed the FG, they put him back in the BF.

I think I have seen that pic too. I'm pretty sure that it was the changeover from Sierra Cosworth to Sierra Cosworth RS 500.

The Falcon/Mustang 1984 Bathurst is number one.

I didn't count the BA/BF/FG shenanigans.

There is one more that is much more obvious than that.
