My wife and I am are heading up to Qld in June till July might see some of you guys around.
Going to Brissie and the Gold coast.[] Any help about events on at that time will help. Brisbane 21/6 Gold Coast 8/7.
We miss Wintersun by one week damm. Any Hot Rod or club meets would be great and any good hobby shops.

It is only a week and a half to go until we leave. I have heard about some drifting at Ipswich anyone know and how far is Ipswich from Brissie?

Whereabouts are you staying 05 ??

Ipswich is around 30 min from Brisbane. QR about an extra 15 min
If you're down the on the Goldy , just head to Brisbane take the Logan motorway all the way till you get on the Ipswich motorway, then take the Cunningham highway exit and it will take you right past Queensland raceway

I would really like to go to the drags but I think I have no chance. I hope to go past DJR headquarters would like to say gday to Dick but with my Holden cap on mmmm not sure

05, you'll find drifting at Ipswich esp on a Friday night - who needs a raceway.
I wouldn't be surprised if the boys still cut laps there.

Just drive through "town" and don't stare at anybody.
