1985?

Jum won in the BMW, Dick's Mustang was second, the Volvo was around, Bondy's Alfa was strong, the Commodes were in there and the Starions too.

Not 85 Beejay. 1985 was still full of variety though with about 7 or 8 different types of car in the 10. I think the only doubles were Jum & Croaky in the 635 & Bond & Jones in Alfa's & maybe a couple of Corolla's for Smith & Holden..

Have to be careful with the 60s. Jags were popular with Jane, Hodgson and McKay. After that Mustangs were populr with Beechey, Geoghegan and Jane. Both Jane and Geoghegan scored well with Mustangs right through until Moff arrived in '69.

Could be 71...

Monaro - Beechey
Mustang - Moff
Falcon - Big Pete
Camaro - Jane
Porsche - Hamilton
Alfa - Foley
Cortina - McKeown

Geoghean still ran the Mustang in 71 didn't he Beejay? John French did most of the running in the HO.

Wasn't 71 Beejay as there was a couple of Stangs & Escorts that year. I have a feeling that your closing in though...

You're right of course, so that would be 1972 on the same principles...
