As you know mate we have in our recent past been the "fosterer" of talent for all the bigger bugeted teams.
If Moff keeps on improving next year, ill guarantee you the likes of FPR will be knocking on the door for his services come COTF.
Nothing would be sweeter to see Will come home to DJR and bag a chamionship in 2013....

Basing this just on the way they come across when you encounter them at the track I would take James over Dollar Bill EVERY day of the week and do everything we could to hang on to him
If we can give James a car good enough to challenge the 888 w**kers he will be up there challenging every weekend
