Green's Tuf/Bond XC

Thanks to XYGTReplica he has given the heads up that the Bowden boys will be having a little showing of Green's Tuf & the Bond XC at Pacific Ford, Maroochydore this Thursday 26th August at 6.30. Dan will be starting the 2 cars up before making a HUGE announcement that they have been working on.

Jordan & I will be heading along. Might even see if Dan will let us sit in them for a photo opportunity (A LA Tru Blu).

It should be a good night, sadly I won't be able to make it up there on Thursday night. I will be at Bowdens this weekend for the last ever Sound Tour at their property. Should be a huge weekend of sniffing petrol.

Firstly John i would think (know actually) that you would know more than me given your close ties with the Bowden's..

The Gold Coast may have Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movie World but the Sunshine Coast is about to get Bowden's World (not the proper name of course).

Dan & Chris Bowden are about to embark on a venture up here on the Sunny Coast where they have a location (yet to be announced ) and will be opening a museum/attraction that will be open to the public 7 days a week that will display their collection along with other racecars from other owners around the country.
More details will come to light in the coming weeks/months where they will be looking towards donations (Not only money, but time ie. working bee'stc.) to get the attraction up and running.

As the Bowden's release more info we (XYGTReplica and Myself) will post it on this forum.

There is nothing like this that I am aware of in the Southern hemisphere. It is going to be a fairly big deal and will be right on our doorstep. When I am allowed to say more you guys will know more.

This car is getting better every time we take it out to the track. Bondy zinged it yesterday and bent a few pushrods, but luckily we were able to put another set in it this morning and she was back out again running along nicely.
