In an interview about this weekeng at QLD raceway Whincup said this:

"It (boos) were to be expected," said Whincup, who like Lowndes, began his career at Holden.

"We didn't want to keep any secrets, we got it out there (about switching camps next year).

"What is really important now is that we focus on the remainder of this year.

"Our decision is a real talking point at the moment but that's next year.

"We are racing Fords until the end of the year.

"We have some big goals, some big carrots out there to really create history (in 2009) - that is what we are really concentrating on."

Thats funny I didn't think they were racing Fords, I thought they were Hogsters?
