Despite the winner being somewhat predictable I thoroughly enjoyed that race. Whincup a deserving winner of the race and the Giz a very deserving champion. (provisionally).
Also very pleased with the fantastic uninterrupted coverage of all the racing this year.

Looking forward to next year and hoping the new tyre construction provides some variety (although we did have a good number of winners this year despite it becoming a 888 benefit at the end. Let's hope the team continue to improve and I'm looking forward to what McLaughlin will bring. Two Kiwi drivers has to be better than one!

More promise than we've had for a while at the beginning of the season yet it didn't pan out.
Let's hope the lessons from this year are well studied and applied.
I do understand that all the Fords struggled, particularly in the front end it would seem.
The best Christmas present would be fast Fords in 2017 and good results.

None of the Fords seem to have any pace, when Giz can go from a lap down and still finish on the podium it says a lot about the rest of the cars.
