Speedcafe have announced DJR are certaily running an old skool livery for Bathurst, Will be announced next Tuesday! But which livery? Will they keep a Jim Beam colour scheme? and go with something like the first season of JB branding at DJR? or will JB let them go all out and go one green (Greens tuf) and one blue (Tru Blu) with JB branding?

I myself would like to see the 1994 colour scheme :)

If we run that livery can we also slot in john bowe? Maybe he could give the engineers some help with a direction to head in for setup[sh]

Don't worry about the engineers, I reckon he could show our current drivers how it's done....the car goes at the FRONT of the field boys!

You cant go past TruBlue for 17 and Greenstuf for 12. but upon recent performances these cars wouldn't do their heritage credit.

Basing on current form - Westpoint and First Rock.....

Couldn't find the like button so will have to give this the old +1

I would REALLY like to see what sort of lap times he could pull compared to the current guys

Tru Blue and Greenstuff would be the go, but I reckon we will be disappointed

Was in at DJR picking up my model cars today and the window wasn't quite covered well enough

Saw James's car right up on the hoist painted in a nice blue colour with Norton signage

What that tells me is that Jim Beam (as is their right!) weren't interested in having Steve or Dean's car done in retro.

Well done Norton!

It looks bloody good!

Given the performances this year, you would think that Jim Beam would jump at the chance, as it would at least mean your car would feature more on TV

Unless we engineer a 4 car inter team pile up that closes the track, the only DJR car that will get significant air time is the Moffat/Davison car

Could be a marketing masterstroke by Norton
