Looks like Gould got his wish with the resignation of Gallop.

Gould would have to be the biggest whinger in NSW, always complained about everything Gallop did to run the game but never once came up with a plausible alternative. Used his media ties to destroy Gallop and inflict his one eyed view on everyone and anyone that would listen. The sooner Gould gets out of the game altogether the better Rugby League will be for it. I agree, but getting rid of Gallop is a huge plus for the game itself no matter how it was achieved.

The worse revelation is Fitler et'al ; ex nsw players and ref's of lower stature worried about loosing their jobs all pushing for harrigan to be sacked for allowing that try.

Harrigan is a self opionated lair with a god complex almost rivalling Gallop's but he shouldn't be shoved out to get someone who'll make the decisions the way Fitler and Drug Cheat Joey Johns want them made.[rt]

unfortunately the the pox on the game is in it's own ranks.

The NSW cry after origin one would have had Gallop thinking why the **** do i have to put up with these idiots.
The last people the commision and the NRL need to listen to are these idiot TV and Radio commentators.

The commision is a step in the right direction but the state level and these clowns running the clubs need to work together rather than looking at their own self interest

Ahh....No chance, you're loyal I'll give you that much.

Three teams with a chance, Melbourne, Brisbane & Manly.

Broncs are gone and a few of them should be ashamed of themselves for the way they sent Seventy Cents a Litre off.

One of hardest and fairest players to run onto a footy field and a true gentleman off it.

Thanks for the memories Petero.

Ok i'm now going for the other QLD teams, the Cowboys and the Storm

Starting to think it might be a Dogs V Storm final which would be an absolute cracker of a game

Yep , it wasn't the greatest send off for Petro, they played like they already knew they were out,

Storm were awesome , I think if they play the same as this they will play the grand final, and even win it,. . .[y]

I'm allowed to be wrong one in a while, rather the Bulldogs made the final, couldn't stand watching it if Manly made it through.

Im not a fan of either team, but it has to be said that they both deserve to be in the GF. The 2 best teams with the 2 best coaches, can't wait, going to be an absolute cracker of a game. My pick is the Dogs.

I hope you are right Damo!:D

I'm a bit surprised with Joey being the latest immortal. I really think it shoul have been Big Mal's turn next. Now I'll sit back and wait for the anti-Queensland conspiracy comments......

Nothing to do with anti Qld RJ.
Johns is a self confessed drug cheat. He played under the influence of drugs - he knew about it, the other players knew about it, Newcastle knew about it.

"Hey kids, do what Joey did and become an immortal!"

Apart from all that, he is too young for mine, to be considered for such a high honour.

A very poor choice.
