The only person I can think of in that era was Rod Morris, but I thought he played but I may be wrong on that part. I may have to google it as I can't think of any one else.

And while were at it those premiership Wynnum sides of the 80's were full of SoO and internationals The BRL put it to the NSWRL about a club championship. Guess who didn't want to know about it for fear of getting beaten

Wasn't Wally Lewis and Lewis was captain coach of Wynnum when they won the Premiership in 86

This guy was a forward. Was captain coach of Easts for a while. The only thing that stopped him playing rep fotball was that he has a heart murmour.

Found an interesting item at the local tonight while having dinner.



Took me by surprise as we attend this pub quite a bit and I have never spotted it before. It is the Country Club in Longford and it has heaps of old race photos and memorabilia on the walls from when the track was in service, plus a race car between the bar and the bistro. I think it is an old Ferrari
