Pissed myself laughing when Dick was commenting the Biante series today.
He was saying how Jum Ruchards turned the fuel off by accidently hitting the switch.
Dick then went on to say. You'd think he'd have a rim on it to stop his hand from coming off

Looked like JB was was fighting the car alot... I don't think he was comfortable with the HQ

DJ was on fire during the Biante race. was a classic

If we were to publish a book on Dick's quotes over the past 30-35 years it would be thicker than the bible I reckon.

On Sunshine Coast radio 92.7 Mix FM this month they are having an appeal called "Give me Five for Kids" raising money for the Nambour Children's Hospital. Each morning they have an auction and this morning they had Dick on there auctioning a trip to the Bahrain round with Dick Johnson Racing.
Whilst they were talking to DJ about the state of origin he Quoted that "I would rather run head on into a brick wall at 20 Miles an hour than be hit by one of them". Yet another classic frim the great man.

Funnily enough, Dick's next run in an XY will be his first IIRC...

Only last year, DJ had quite a successful run at the annual Leyburn Sprints week end. I think he won the timed trial for the catergory that the XY was entered.


And at the same week end he got a 3rd in an Escort in its respective catergory too.

I am still pissing myself laughing at DJ's quote last night about "These University types that have more degrees than a thermometor" or his response from Glen as to "What do you reckon FG stands for", me thinks we are old enough to know the answer to that one.
