Found an interesting site today - motorsport archive. You can save the pics and they aren't bad quality. There is even a photo of Dick in his Torana from 1973. They do have captions on them, but you may be able to get hold of the contributor. Also a site called webshots -again they are personal photos posted by people and you can save them. Don't remember if there were any DJ though.

The other good site is autopics, but youy have to buy them. They will send you a jpeg image or you can buy the photo. The jpeg is $20 and the photo is $25. The size is 8"x12", so they are a good size.

Good luck - I am sure there are many others, so if I fond any, I will keep you posted.

Hello everyone.
Here are a few XE pics.
I have a "tru Blu" XE somewhere. I'll try and find it.

Man, he was lucky.

Great pics Bibs, you were obviously there ehh?
How did he get out of it?
If the front door copped a hit like the back door, it might have been a different story.

He may have been there, but most of those photos have been seen before...

He got out under the RaceCam on the passenger side...

And yes, it was a lucky escape.

anyone else reckon he would have got pole that year? he went past the skyline split at 1.15.08

Hell Yeah!!! Pole and lap record too.

All that was left to do after the hard work acheving the 1.15.08 split, was to let those "long legs" of the 351 Cleveland, run down conrod and it was signed, sealed, delivered!!

Don't doubt it.

But watching the smash happen on TV, I was shattered.
