You must be a participating member of the Club17 Forum for the whole series to be eligible for prizes. (There will be a minimum post count required)
Enter your tips using the designated 'Tipping Competition' / "Enter Your Tips" section of the forum.
Pick Five (5) drivers USING THEIR CAR NUMBER (#), you will score the points that they score. If they are penalised any points you will also lose those points, even if it is days or weeks later.
Pole Position - 50 Bonus points for picking pole position for the final (or only) race of the round. Your first selection listed will be your choice for pole sitter. (eg: 1 2 17 18 19 = Car #1 is your pole pick)
"Tip the Tosser (TTT)": Tip the round finishing position of a driver that we select as the round "Tosser". It will usually be someone that done something to deserve the "Tosser" title for the round. For selecting his correct finishing position you will score100 Bonus points.
Series Champion - 100 Bonus points. This selection must be made in the first round. Late starters can also choose a Champion but cannot pick the current series leader at the time they make their choice.
POWER PLAY (PP) - Double Points. You can score double points for one (1) round of the series. All Points scored for the round you nominate will be doubled. You must nominate your PP when you enter your tips for your chosen round. Power Plays cannot be used for Bathurst.
All your selections must be by the car number (#) not the driver, this is for every round. After tipping for a round closes, no changes can be made. If for some reason one (or more) of your nominated cars fail to start the race, you will score 0 points for that selection.
Bathurst Pole - 150 points for tipping pole for Bathurst only, your selection for pole will be separate to your normal five choices.
If you don't enter tips for a round, your previous round's tips will 'Carry-Over'. This is for those that forget to tip or are away and unable to put them in for a particular round. HOWEVER - If you fail to enter your tips for a second consecutive round, you will be dropped from the tipping competition. If your selections are going to be the same as the previous round, please copy and paste your previous selections as we will not go back through a topic to find out what your previous choices were.
Tips to be in before final qualifying. The days will be different for some events but you will be notified by email for each round. The "Enter Your Tips" topic for each round will be locked once qualifying has commenced so no changes will be possible once tipping has closed.
Late starters to the tipping competition will be awarded points equal to the last placed active tipper.
No discussions allowed in the "Enter Your Tips" topic, only include your picks, any comments will be removed. A "Tipping Discussion" Forum has been setup for the sole purpose of discussing tipping results. If you want to discuss race results we already have a discussion forum for this.
The "Tipping Format" for the "AGP" will be advised once the "Racing Format" has been published?
